The Maintenance and Landscape Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and the landscaping of Valley Rose RV Park and Storage.
This includes, but is not limited to, mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, weeding, watering, basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical repairs, maintaining equipment, maintaining the facilities, cleaning septic filters, etc.
This position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
on a regular basis.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to use hand tools and lawn equipment Job Types:
